Area residents have the opportunity to help a young girl make her wish come true.

The Picture Perfect Prom Dress Project (Now called Prom Wishes Inc. - ed.) invites donations of a new or "gently used" prom, bridesmaid or special-occasion dress - sizes two to plus sizes.

The project also is searching for prom jewelry, handbags, gloves, cosmetices, shoes services(manicures, hair styling, alterations, dry cleaning), and restaurant and flower gift certificates.

By participating, community members can help girls in need attend the prom.

Last year, girls from the childern's home, homeless shelter and others were able to attend their high-school gala.

Donations are needed before Feb. 15. They can be dropped off at Tulsa County 4-H Office or call Tiffany Grant at 288-6899.
